Inclusion, community, positive impact
The GMA Group and its subsidiaries have a total of more than 80 employees. Long-term employment is guaranteed through open-ended contracts. We promote flexibility and, whenever possible, encourage working from home to create a more agile and dynamic organisation.

UNIVERSITY OF TRIESTE R&D PROJECT
G.M.A. has received a grant from the POR FESR 2021-2027 Fund for the realisation of the CLEAN project – Coating Life Extension for Anticorrosive applications, which will focus on the following topics: in-depth study of the anti-fouling and heat exchange properties of the Phencote system for coating heat exchangers, optimisation of the application system, LCA of the process and definition of the relevant standards. Each stage of research will be conducted in collaboration with the Department of Engineering and Architecture of the University of Trieste and MaterialScan S.r.l.
I BAMBINI DELLE FATE
“In some journeys, you never leave when you leave, you leave earlier. Much earlier.”
GMA welcomed the opportunity to provide ongoing support for BAMBINI DELLE FATE (The Fairy Children), a social enterprise that since 2005 has been providing financial support to social inclusion projects and pathways run by local partners for the benefit of families with autism and other disabilities.
The Banca del Tempo Sociale (Social Time Bank) is an initiative of “Bambini delle Fate” that aims to offer young people with autism and disabilities opportunities for inclusion, and high school students (aged 16–20) a valuable experience of socially engaging with the world within an organised framework.

The CITTÀ AD IMPATTO POSITIVO (Positive Impact City) Project was created to support the development and management of socially beneficial projects and services, building a solid network between companies, organisations and individuals who decide to work together with a single, common objective: to improve the lives of all citizens, especially the most fragile.
GMA willingly participated in this project, since implementing measurable ACTIONS make us an active part of a community that joins forces to generate a positive and tangible impact on our region.
Specifically, PMG Italia works in three main areas:
Social: a 9-seater vehicle was delivered to transport those with disabilities, providing valuable support to fragile people within the community
Environmental: 40 olive trees were planted in the CISI area. These trees improve the landscape and symbolise values of peace and sharing.
Cultural: 4th and 5th-year high school students from the Istituto Marconi in Gorizia and the I.S.I.S. “Sandro Pertini” in Manfalcone, were educated on environmental issues. Moreover, a contest was promoted involving students in the presentation of urban redevelopment projects for the city.
SPORTS ASSOCIATIONS
We believe that basic values such as sharing, respect and integration can be inspired through a daily commitment to promoting social aggregation, respect for the rules and respect for the environment. We support numerous associations from Rugby to Soccer, Basket and Curling, contributing to the realisation of their sporting ambitions, hopes and dreams.
